Refund policy

All BLEU SAINT products are made to order and printed only after you place your purchase. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, dislike of the product, or sizing or color preferences. Please review the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Order cancellation: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing bleusaintsupport@gmail.com with your order number. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email bleusaintsupport@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will reprint and resend the item or issue a refund.

Not eligible for refund or reshipment: orders returned or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, deliveries refused by the recipient, and delays caused by events outside our control (such as natural disasters or carrier disruptions).

Color and finish: Products are made in small batches. Slight variations in color, especially on washed or faded garments, are normal and are not considered defects.
