Shipping policy

BLEU SAINT currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping cost: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Production and delivery times: All of our products are made to order and produced only after you place your purchase. Production takes 2–5 business days, plus shipping time of 5–10 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be longer during peak seasons (holidays, sales events) or due to carrier delays.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Shipping address: Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. We cannot cover reshipping costs for orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Multiple items: Items in the same order may be produced in different locations and ship separately, so they may arrive on different days.

Missing packages: If your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received your package, or if your order has not arrived after 15 business days, contact us at bleusaintsupport@gmail.com within 14 days and we will review your case.
